1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Aina360 at aina360.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
Aina360 is an AI-powered talent assessment platform that helps HR teams evaluate candidates using natural behavioral assessment and adaptive fit scoring. The platform is currently in early access.
3. Early access
During the early access period, features may change, be added, or be removed. Pricing is subject to change for new customers. Existing early access customers retain their locked-in pricing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Aina360 only for lawful hiring and talent assessment purposes. You must not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully, misrepresent candidate data, or attempt to reverse-engineer our technology.
5. Candidate assessments
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before inviting them to complete an assessment. Aina360 provides the tools. You are responsible for how you use the results.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Aina360 you agree to our data practices as described there.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, and technology within Aina360 are the property of UFT Digital Lab. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Aina360 is provided "as is" during the early access period. We are not liable for any hiring decisions made on the basis of assessment results. AI assists, humans always decide.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms or is used in a manner inconsistent with fair and lawful hiring.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
